Do rackets arrive strung and ready to play?
They do. Every frame leaves 14 Pall Mall Court factory-strung and match-ready, with a full-length head cover and a fitted supergrip. Choose a particular tension on ordering and our stringer will see to it before dispatch.
Which grip size ought I to choose?
Most members are well served by Grip 1. Larger hands, or those who favour a firmer hold, tend toward Grip 2; Grip 0 suits a lighter, wristier game. When in doubt, size down — an overgrip is easily added, but never subtracted. Our size guide lays it all out.
How swiftly is my order dispatched?
Orders placed before noon on a working day leave the same afternoon; later orders go the following morning. London delivery is typically next-day, and every parcel is tracked. See shipping & delivery for destinations and estimates.
Is delivery really complimentary?
On any order of two frames or more, yes — worldwide. Single items ship at a modest flat rate within the UK, free above $120, with international carriage calculated transparently at checkout.
What if a frame does not suit my game?
Return it within thirty days, unused and in its original packing, and we shall refund you in full. We would rather you played the right frame than kept the wrong one out of politeness. The full policy lives on our returns page.
Are the provisions safe and properly made?
They are compounded in London to GMP standard and every batch is independently lab-tested for purity before it reaches the shelf. No needless sugar, no colouring, and honest dosing declared plainly on the label.
Can I return an opened tin of provisions?
Sealed tins and bottles may be returned within thirty days. For reasons of hygiene we cannot accept one whose seal has been broken. Should a tin arrive damaged, photograph it and we shall replace it at once.
How are the Members’ Library volumes delivered?
As a polished PDF, delivered instantly on acquiring and yours to keep, with lifetime access to future revisions. Being digital, the volumes are non-returnable once delivered — but write to us if anything is amiss and we shall set it right.
Which methods of payment do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal and Apple Pay. Every transaction is encrypted end to end; we never see nor store your card details.
Is there a members’ code?
From time to time, yes. Apply your code in the bag before checkout and the discount is shown on the order summary. If a code will not take, write to the desk and we shall look into it.
