The Thirty-Day ReturnKept the wrong frame? Do not

We would far rather you played the right frame than kept the wrong one out of politeness. Return any eligible item within thirty days of delivery and we shall refund you in full, to the account that placed the order.

What May Be Returned

  • Frames & accessories — unused, in original packing, within 30 days
  • The head cover & grip present and unmarked
  • Bags & eyewear — unworn, tags intact

A Word on Provisions

  • Sealed tins and bottles may be returned within 30 days
  • For reasons of hygiene we cannot accept a broken seal
  • Arrived damaged? Photograph it and we shall replace it at once

The Members’ Library

  • Digital volumes are non-returnable once delivered
  • Anything amiss with a file? Write and we shall set it right

How to Return an Item

  • One — write to the desk with your order number
  • Two — we issue a prepaid return label by email
  • Three — repack the item in its original carton
  • Four — hand it to the carrier; we take it from there

Your Refund

  • Refunded in full to the original method of payment
  • Settled within five working days of the item reaching us
  • UK return carriage is complimentary; overseas at cost

Exchanges

  • Prefer a different grip, tension or frame? Say so
  • We dispatch the replacement the moment the return is booked

Buy a frame, play it for a fortnight, and if it does not suit your game, send it back for a full refund. That is the whole of it. We select each item on court before it reaches the shelf, and we are content to stand behind that judgement with your money, not merely our word.
