Does it arrive strung and ready to play?
It does. Every frame leaves 14 Pall Mall Court factory-strung and match-ready, with a full-length head cover and a fitted supergrip. Should you prefer a particular tension, select it above and our stringer will see to it before dispatch.
Which grip size ought I to choose?
Most members are well served by Grip 1. Larger hands, or those who favour a firmer hold, tend toward Grip 2; Grip 0 suits a lighter, wristier game. When in doubt, size down — an overgrip is easily added, but never subtracted.
What if it does not suit my game?
Return it within thirty days, unused and in its original packing, and we shall refund you in full. We would rather you played the right frame than kept the wrong one out of politeness.
